POSH Training for Employee Transportation Staff
At NPT, the safety and dignity of all employees are our top priorities. As part of our commitment to a respectful and secure work environment, we conduct POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training for all drivers and support staff involved in employee transportation.
This training, led by certified external professionals, equips our team with the knowledge and sensitivity to handle workplace interactions appropriately, recognize unacceptable behaviour, and respond to incidents with responsibility and care.
Through POSH training, we aim to create a safe, respectful, and harassment-free experience for every employee during their commute.
